Transformation and Delivery Roles

Monehin helps executives, educators, and entrepreneurs move from strategy to execution; building the systems, tools, and disciplines that turn ambition into measurable results.

He currently works at Shell, where he leads supply chain delivery for the HI Gas project, a multibillion dollar energy project to supply gas to NLNG via Bonny terminal. Until September 2025 he served as Business Transformation Manager, where he drove transformation programs that shaped large-scale energy delivery. His experience spans NLNG, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, and advisory work across multiple industries and markets. Each role has refined one central idea: execution isn’t a phase … it’s a discipline.

Independence and Editorial Integrity

All thought-leadership work featured here, including articles, proprietary frameworks, and advisory projects, is pursued independently and outside of my professional duties at Shell.
